Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am taking Plyqunine, Salsopyrine, Modic, Folic
Acid, Mtx.

2.) Who referred you to Acupuncture & Physical Therapy Clinic?

I am a R.N. from Taiwan, And Certified Acupuncturist in U.S.A.

3.) What Evaluation, Diagnosis, Treatments, Home Work Assignments Were
Given?

I give myself Acupuncture to my painful joints of fingers, wrists, toes. I
feel much better after treatment.

4.) How do you feel after the 1st, 2nd, 3rd... treatments, booster
tune-up...

Acupuncture helps me a lot, every time I give myself therapy.

5.) What is your blood type?

"B+"

6.) What percentage (100%, 95%, 80%, 60%...) did you follow your individual
genetic blood type diet?

80%

7.) How do you feel at present; physically, mentally and spiritually?

I suffered Rheumatoid Arthritis more than 20 years. My M.D's. are all
surprised that I have the best result. Most of their patients are in the
wheel chair but I don't. Because I follow "B" diet since year 2000, no more
"Chicken, Corn, Duck, Banana...", also I treat myself with Acupuncture and
don't over-exhaust myself. It is 80% under control.

8.) What do you want to achieve or change?

I need to follow more "B" diet closely and keep up to date with new
research.

Management And Total Rejuvenation Physically, Mentally and Spiritually!

Exercises With Pictorial Written Home Exercise Program, Acupressure from you
in our Family Reunion in New York. I believe it will help me more for My
Rheumatoid Arthritis Self-Management.
